Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector located in Indore. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting debtors to recover outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. The role requires clear communication with clients, coordination with finance teams, and data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection practices
• Strong Communication skills to engage professionally with clients
• Basic Computer Literacy, including knowledge of relevant tools and software
• Understanding of Finance principles and processes
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in debt recovery or financial services is an added advantage
