Debt Collector

This is a full-time, on-site Debt Collector role based in Jodhpur. Responsibilities include contacting clients to recover outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate financial records, and adhering to compliance standards. The Debt Collector will also play an integral role in maintaining professional communication with clients and will coordinate with internal teams to meet organizational and client-specific collection targets.

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication skills for negotiating and interacting with clients
• Basic Computer Literacy, including the ability to use standard office software
• Knowledge of Finance concepts relevant to debt management
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in finance or related fields are a bonus)
• Familiarity with local compliance and industry regulations
