Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Debt Collection professional located in Noida. The day-to-day tasks include contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiating repayment plans, and updating customer accounts. The role requires regular communication with customers to resolve their queries, maintaining accurate records of all collections activities, and collaborating with the finance team to align on collections strategies. The candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to industry regulations.

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role in the finance or collections industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is advantageous
