- It would be a blended process for 95% outbound and 05% inbound.
- Associate will be required to make telemarketing calls using dialer and manual resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer.
- Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and
criteria
- Up on qualifying the client, associate will transfer the call to Counselor in-house
- Associate will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients and will enroll them in to
the product and services we offer.
- Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operates
from Monday to Friday but hence can call associate to work on weekends when
Required
- Associate must have more than 1 year experience in outbound sales in US. Must have US calling or call handling experience.
- EXCELLENT communication skills.
- Salary date is 10th of every month.
- Incentives are being paid on weekly and monthly basis (Up to INR 2 lac)
- Meal, both side pick and drop facility
- Salary up to INR 35000 + Attractive Incentives
- Annual increment policies and appraisal.
- Work module is fixed. Company operates in accordance to US EST working hours
- Shift Log in from 7:00PM IST till 4:30 AM IST (Based on Day Light Saving )
- 5.5 working days
