Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean of the School of Pharmacy located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Dean will oversee the academic programs within the School of Pharmacy, ensuring curriculum quality, fostering faculty development, and enhancing student outcomes. Daily tasks include strategic planning, faculty management, research facilitation, and engaging in community and professional partnerships. The Dean will also be responsible for budget management, accreditation processes, and maintaining the school's compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in academic administration, curriculum development, and strategic planning
• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in research and scholarly activities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build community partnerships
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory compliance in higher education
• Doctorate in Pharmacy or related field preferred
