This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean Academics of Computer Science, based in Jaipur. The Dean will oversee curriculum development, program evaluation, and academic administration while leading educational initiatives in the Computer Science department. Responsibilities include managing and enhancing the quality of academic programs, mentoring academic staff, fostering collaboration among faculty, and ensuring alignment with professional standards and industry needs. Additionally, the Dean will contribute to the effective implementation of technology-driven educational solutions provided by CTPL.

• Experience in Curriculum Development and expertise in designing innovative academic programs
• Proficient in Academic Administration and management for higher education institutions
• Strong background in Education, with a focus on teaching and learning methodologies
• Proven leadership skills in Educational Leadership and Program Development
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in higher education and experience incorporating them into academic programs
• Ability to foster collaboration among faculty and staff to achieve academic goals
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
• Experience in working with the higher education sector or developing education-centric technology solutions is a plus
