We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for India Deals Marketing as part of the IN Deals & Events team. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement, deal performance, and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns and event execution.

Key job responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for deals and promotional events across India marketplace
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, from ideation to post-event analysis and optimization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, category teams, product, and business intelligence to maximize deal performance
  • Define and track key performance metrics (OPS, traffic, conversion, customer acquisition) and deliver against ambitious targets
  • Own the customer-facing bar on deals experiences and enable discovery of deals across the onsite and off-Amazon shopping experiences through marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Own customer-facing inputs and outputs of deals during Amazon India's events, including tentpole events such as Prime Day and Great Indian Festival

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
