Key duties include market research, budget management, campaign performance monitoring, and collaborating with creative/sales teams to ensure brand consistency and meet profitability goals, blending online tactics with offline promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, setting goals for market share and profitability, managing budgets, and identifying new opportunities.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram), social media, email marketing, and website management, using analytics to optimize performance.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content (written, multimedia) for various platforms, ensuring brand voice and messaging alignment.
- Market & Data Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, monitor competitors, and track campaign metrics (ROI, engagement) to refine strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and manage offline advertising (print, direct mail).
- Sales & Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales targets and customer acquisition, providing insights and generating leads.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand guidelines, manage online reputation, and handle customer interactions or feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is often preferred.
