Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Sales Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Dealer Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting TATA Motors small commercial vehicles. This includes conducting client meetings, explaining vehicle features and financing options, coordinating sales processes, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining detailed reports of sales activities and market feedback to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales Skills and Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to identify customer needs, conduct negotiations, and build lasting relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive products and the sales process; understanding of commercial vehicle applications is an advantage.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to diverse clientele and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Data Recording and Analytical Skills: Capability to maintain accurate sales records and analyze market trends to inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English for effective communication.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to meet sales targets effectively.
  • Prior experience in automobile sales or dealership roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent work experience will be considered.
