Deal Maker / Sales Professional - Investment Banking

The Investment Banking Deal Maker will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities for clients. This role requires deep financial expertise, strong market insight, and the ability to manage complex transactions across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to maximize client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential investment opportunities aligned with client objectives
• Conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on target companies
• Develop investment strategies and prepare comprehensive investment memorandums
• Structure and execute transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth deal execution
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or a related financial services role
• Demonstrated success in executing and closing complex investment transactions
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical frameworks
• In-depth understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and investment structures
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
