We are looking for a talented Deal Closure Specialist to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Deal Closure Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end deal finalization process within our Enterprise, Retail, and Partner sales segments. This position ensures the accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of high-urgency software transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at collaborating across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure a seamless sales closure experience for our internal sales representatives and our customers.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week from our Chennai office at DLF IT Park, Manapakkam.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

Deal Processing & Contract Management

  • Review contractual agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
  • Assist sales representatives in clarifying deal closure requirements and securing necessary documents, approvals, and signatures.
  • Manage deal processing activities within our order management system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Facilitate deal booking by closing Salesforce opportunities and documentation upload duties.
  • Support the invoice team by verifying that billing requirements, documentation, and customer and/or partner information is complete before deals advance to invoicing.

Financial Administration

  • Manage customer deposits, credits, and other financial entries within customer accounts.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and reconciled as part of the deal closure process.

Reporting & Operational Support

  • Run and analyze reports to track deal status, identify discrepancies, and support business insights.
  • Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and workflow inefficiencies; provide recommendations to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of the close process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team and sales managers throughout the deal closure lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain deal momentum.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned that align with the nature of this role and support evolving company initiatives.
  • Complete general administrative and operational tasks associated with enterprise software deal closure.

Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations, contract management, order management, or related field is required.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and SaaS business models.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex deal structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deal requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and order management systems.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
