Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain CI records in ServiceNow CMDB
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with IT teams to gather and validate information on configuration items
  • Document CI processes, policies, and workflows for organizational compliance
  • Generate reports and dashboards from the CMDB for management and operational insights
  • Support incident and change management processes related to CIs
  • Assist in identifying gaps and improving CMDB data quality
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
