Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for LAN and Azure network issues, including missing routes, VNet peering, and asymmetric routing.
  • Collaborate with Capgemini team members to enable target environments in Azure.
  • Support production weekend migrations and work out-of-hours as required.
  • Attend customer calls and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
