DDT Instructor

Job description:

The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and a passion for helping others grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.

Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions through various methods such as classroom instruction, webinars, workshops, and e-learning platforms, Carnivals

Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs.

Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure the successful application of training content.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses specific needs.

Note - The job would require the person totravel across India to conduct training/audits/carnivals/work assignments.

Should have a laptop and data connection.

Should be willing to travel across the country.

Educational Qualification :-

Diploma/ Advanced diploma /Bachelors/Masters in Industrial safety
