DCS Operator

• Candidate should be D.M.E/D.I.E.

• Should have 7 years of experience in Engineering and spantwash fire boiler.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate: Continuously monitor critical parameters like pressure and temperature on the DCS to ensure safe and efficient boiler operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boiler systems and related equipment (e.g., turbines, DM plants).
• Troubleshoot issues: Use analytical skills to identify and resolve system and operational problems.
• Optimize performance: Analyze data to optimize boiler performance, efficiency, and energy savings.
• Ensure safety and compliance: Follow all safety regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate: Coordinate with other teams, contractors, and vendors on projects and for daily operations.
• Train staff: Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
