Description
We are seeking an experienced DCS Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and maintaining Distributed Control Systems within industrial settings. This role requires a deep understanding of process control and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for various industrial processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DCS system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DCS with other automation systems and processes.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning of DCS installations.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel on DCS operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in working with DCS systems in an industrial environment.
- Proficient in DCS platforms such as Honeywell, Yokogawa, or Siemens.
- Strong understanding of process control principles and instrumentation.
- Experience with system integration and programming languages used in DCS configurations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
