About Digital Business and Transformation
The Digital Business and Transformation (DBAT) team builds new end-to-end customer propositions with an ambition of delivering new age financial services directly to the customers. The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the bank's own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies

About the Role
In the role of a Product lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of innovative digital banking products and solutions. This role involves driving product strategy, collaboration with cross functional teams (such as tech, design, business, marketing, compliance etc) and ensuring products meet customer needs while adhering to regulatory standards. Strategic initiatives play a pivotal role in shaping our digital business aspirations. This is an opportunity to shape the future of banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities
.Define and drive the product roadmap for digital banking products, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational business goals and customer needs.
.Define clear vision for digital products to establish a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving banking landscape.
.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post launch analysis. Drive business goals.
.Conduct competitive analysis, develop business scope, requirements, product offerings and roadmaps in liaison with Product Team, Marketing Team and other Stakeholders
.Champion a user- first mindset by deeply understanding customer behaviors, pain points and needs ensuring that digital banking products are intuitive, accessible and deliver meaningful value to end-user
.Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features-based customer needs, market dynamics, and business impact. Make data driven decisions to adapt priorities.
.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization like tech, business teams, marketing etc. Develop product strategies, and ensure effective communication to ensure alignment and successful execution

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision making. Translating insights into actionable strategies.
.Good Knowledge of Banking and payments along with the new technological advancements in the industry
.Track record of successfully leading product development preferably digital product ensuring timely and high quality product delivery.
.Deep understanding of user behaviour, experience with UI/UX principles and a deep commitment to designing products with end user in mind and ability to collaborate with design teams.
