Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram - Sushant Lok for a Daycare Teacher at Early Blossoms Childcare Centre. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting daily activities that promote early childhood development while fostering a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment. Core duties include developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging children in recreational and educational activities, managing daily schedules, and maintaining open communication with parents to ensure their child's growth and well-being. They will also observe and assess the progress of children and provide individual care and attention as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • Knowledge and experience in Daycare and Childcare practices.
  • Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development.
  • Skills in Communication and the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Experience in Curriculum Development for age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment for children's overall development.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in early childhood education, teaching, or a related field.
  • First aid or CPR certification is an added advantage.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
