Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our Noida center. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children while supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, curriculum, and daily routines
- Conduct engaging sessions including storytelling, art & craft, music, and play-based learning
- Support children's emotional, social, and behavioral development
- Assist with daily care routines (meals, hygiene, rest time)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates and child progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daycare operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in daycare, childcare, or early childhood education
- Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones
- Ability to design and execute engaging learning activities and programs
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
- Patient, caring, creative, and energetic personality
- Knowledge of child safety and well-being practices
Education
- Minimum: Graduate
- ECCE / NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
