Datasphere/S4 HANA consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Analyst with expertise in SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA to join our team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting data migration activities, leveraging SAP Datasphere as a bridge between transactional S/4HANA systems and Azure Data Lake. This position requires a professional with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage SAP Datasphere administration activities, specifically focusing on data migration where SAP Datasphere acts as an integration layer between transactional S/4HANA tables/CDS views and Azure Data Lake.
• Work extensively with S/4HANA CDS views, ensuring efficient data extraction and consumption.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and design effective data migration strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integration, migration, and Datasphere/S/4HANA functionalities.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and integrity throughout the migration process.
• Apply excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Total Years of Experience: >= 5 years in SAP consulting or related roles.
• Relevant Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in SAP Datasphere administration, specifically supporting migration activities.
• 3+ years of experience with S/4HANA CDS views.
• Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere.
• Desired Skills (Good to Have):Knowledge of Azure cloud platform services, particularly Azure Data Lake.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
