Job Description
Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM Datapower developer professional to join their growing team You will play a critical role in designing developing and implementing complex integration solutions using IBM Datapower and IIB or ACE technologies
Designing and developing integration solutions using IBM Datapower and IIB or ACE
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and develop APIs and integration flows using Datapower and IIB or ACE
Implement security features and protocols to protect data and systems
Configure and manage IBM Datapower appliances and IIB or ACE servers
Working closely with cross functional teams
Collaborate with business analysts architects and developers to understand business needs and develop solutions
Work with operations teams to deploy and maintain integration solutions
Provide technical support and training to other team members
Staying up to date with the latest technologies
Keep abreast of new developments in IBM Datapower and IIB or ACE technologies
Research and evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance integration solutions
Share knowledge and expertise with other team members
Five plus years of experience in middleware integration development
Proven experience with IBM Datapower and IBM IIB or ACE
Strong development experience using XSLT and ESQL
Strong understanding of XML JSON and other data formats
Experience with API development and security protocols such as OAuth
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
Excellent communication collaboration and problem solving skills
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience with other integration technologies such as Apigee and Kafka
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Working knowledge of APIs and microservices development using Java Spring Framework and Spring Boot is a plus
Banking industry background is a plus
