The Role:

TheDatabricks Data Engineer / BI Engineer / Data Architectwill be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing modern data solutions using theDatabricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

The role involves building scalable data pipelines, implementing ETL processes, developing data models, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data architectures and ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalabledata pipelines and ETL processesto support enterprise data platforms
• Develop and implement data solutions usingDatabricks and modern cloud-based data architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and optimizedata models, data structures, and integration frameworks
• Ensuredata quality, governance, security, and complianceacross data platforms
• Supportdata migration, integration, and deploymentacross multiple systems and environments
• Develop and maintaindata-driven insights and BI solutionsto support organizational decision making
• Participate intesting, debugging, and performance optimizationof data solutions
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to team discussions, and mentor junior engineers where required
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation includingdata architecture diagrams, pipeline documentation, and process flows

• Strong experience withDatabricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
• Experience indata pipeline development and ETL processes
• Solid understanding ofdata modelling, data architecture, and database design
• Hands-on experience withdata integration techniques and frameworks
• Experience withcloud-based data platforms and storage solutions
• Programming experience inPython, Scala, or SQL
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree with15 years of full-time education
• Mini5 years of experiencein Databricks, data engineering, or data platform development
• Experience indata architecture, BI engineering, or data platform developmentwill be an added advantage
