  • 6+ years in large organizations
  • Banking background
  • Excellent knowledge in Redis database administration
  • Excellent knowledge in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Redis Enterprise
  • Good knowledge in Redis Enterprise deployment on OpenShift
  • Good Knowledge in Redis Active-Active Database, Auto tiering/FlexDB
  • Develop and optimize RAG ingestion pipelines for AI/ML applications.
  • Design, implement, and manage Redis Enterprise and RedisVL solutions for vector database use cases.
  • Good knowledge in Redis modules Redis Search and Vector Index management
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Redis database performance and scalability issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Redis solutions into broader system architectures.
  • Excellent knowledge in Security features like Auditing, TLS, etc.,
  • Good knowledge of Agile working practices
  • Good knowledge of modern automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform and ArgoCD)
  • Good knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Good knowledge of other databases
  • Ability to work under pressure
