Database Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Database Analyst to join our team at Inspira Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our database systems. You will play a crucial part in ensuring data integrity, performance, and security, working closely with various teams to support their data-related needs and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust database solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Administer, maintain, and monitor database systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Perform regular database backups, recovery operations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Analyze database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and data integrity problems.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Implement and enforce database security measures, including user access control and data encryption.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other teams to support application development and data integration efforts.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and auditing processes.
• Document database schemas, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest database technologies, trends, and best practices.

Skills Requirement:

• Strong proficiency in relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and database object creation.
• Experience with database administration tasks, including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and security management.
• Knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues.
• Familiarity with database monitoring tools and techniques.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts is a plus.
• Experience with cloud database services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
