We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Database Administrator to join our established DBA team supporting a diverse, enterprise-scale database environment in the retail industry. In this role, you will help ensure the availability, performance, and security of the data systems that power our stores, e-commerce operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. You will work alongside a collaborative team of DBAs and contribute your expertise while continuing to grow across platforms.

• While we welcome candidates with broad database experience, those with a background in mainframe database environments, particularly IBM DB2 on z/OS, will stand out.
• Support and maintain enterprise database environments across mainframe, windows server, AIX and Linux.
• IBMi DB2 on z/OS experience.
• Solid working knowledge of relational databases, SQL and Data modeling and performance tuning.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and standard Office tools.
• Support retail-specific data workloads including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, customer data, and reporting/analytics pipelines.
• Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and tooling within the DBA team.
