The position requires continuous monitoring and problem resolution to maintain database performance and reliability, contributing to the overall efficiency of data management within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor database systems for performance issues and implement necessary improvements.
• Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in database-related tasks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
• Experience in database installation, configuration, and patching.
• Strong knowledge of backup and recovery techniques to safeguard data.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues effectively.
• Familiarity with database security best practices and access control mechanisms.
• Experience in automating routine database maintenance tasks using scripting.
