Essential Job Functions:
Designing, installation and providing end to end solution for Redis DB as required by application.
Doing all day-to-day activities, health check, maintenance.
Doing all kinds of service requests and changes like access management and other requirements.
Expertise on Installation, Backup, Restores/ refreshes, etc
Hands on experience in DB administration (Redis cluster)
Hands on experience in patching and overseeing and fixing the capacity issues
Hands on experience resolving all kinds of issues.
Co-ordinate with customers / other teams/vendors in resolving requests and incidents.
Providing assistance to the application team in identifying database problems
Providing support for BAU activities for 24*7
Adhering to the ITIL Process
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate with customers across geographies
Good to Have:
Basic knowledge of the Linux / AIX / Windows systems and its commands
High level performance tuning
Scripting Knowledge
Knowledge on Cloud- AWS/AZURE
