Description

We are seeking a Data Testing professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in data testing, ensuring the quality and integrity of data across various platforms. You will be responsible for designing test plans, executing tests, and collaborating with data teams to maintain high standards of data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for data verification and validation.
• Mandatory skills- GCP, ETL, Gen AI
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing and ensure that data modifications do not affect existing functionalities.
• Automate data testing processes where applicable to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and testing.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
