Job Summary:

Experienced testing professional with a strong focus on data validation and automation testing. Skilled in designing and executing test strategies for data-intensive applications, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. Proficient in building and maintaining automation frameworks to support functional, regression, and ETL testing, enabling faster and more reliable test cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases to validate data pipelines, data transformations, and integrations
• Perform data comparisons between source and target systems across databases, files, and APIs
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools
• Work closely with data engineers, BI developers, and QA teams to identify test scenarios
• Validate data loading processes in ETL jobs using SQL and scripting languages
• Conduct API testing for data services and data exchange interfaces
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
• Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools
• Perform root cause analysis on data mismatches and anomalies
• Document test cases, test results, and maintain reusable test assets
