Job Description

Provide Datalink support, including new connection setup and troubleshooting existing connections.
Monitor and resolve down remote agents and manage necessary upgrades.
Manage non-remote agent setups, including creating and managing sFTP sites and S3 deployments (e.g., ModMed, ICP).
Track schema changes and new table additions, collaborating with the mapping team to ensure proper integration.
Capture and document new data sources not yet seen by engineering.
Manage offsite and cloud-hosted remote agents, such as Compulink cloud environments.
Oversee data deliveries to commercial partners and maintain external vendor connections.
Ensure account management and continuity of service, resolving connection failures when they occur.
Escalate unresolved or systemic issues to Engineering and other specialized teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tooling or processes that improve team efficiency.
Ensure prompt and complete problem solving to technical challenges as outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
