Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing processes.
- Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Support the implementation of solutions by working closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data visualization.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.

Qualifications:
