We build production-grade machine learning products and data pipelines that turn complex data into repeatable business outcomes. This is an on-site Data Scientist role based in India focused on model development, validation, deployment, and operational monitoring.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end ML models: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment for production use-cases.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions by selecting appropriate modeling approaches and evaluation metrics.
- Implement robust data pipelines and reproducible experiments using Python and modern data stack; collaborate with engineers to productionize models.
- Conduct model validation, A/B testing, bias and fairness checks, and performance tuning to meet latency and accuracy SLAs.
- Create clear technical documentation, present model insights to stakeholders, and partner with product teams to embed ML into products.
- Monitor model performance in production, implement retraining strategies, and troubleshoot data or concept drift issues.

Qualifications: Proven track record building and shipping ML models; 26 years of hands-on experience in data science or applied ML roles preferred. Strong statistical foundation, experience with experimental design and model evaluation, and ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
