About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven personalization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and deploy intelligent systems that optimize hospitality operations, elevate customer experience, and power next-gen AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for predictive analytics, personalization, and optimization in the hospitality domain.
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
- Build and scale AI applications leveraging LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI SDK.
- Perform statistical analysis and data exploration to uncover business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into operational workflows.
- Work with Databricks for scalable data processing and model deployment.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI / ML / GenAI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and SQL.
- Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, and Hugging Face.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel domain is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
