Responsibilities:

1. Explore and Build with LLMs

Experiment with LLMs like GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral

Work on prompting strategies, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines

Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts

2. Work with Orchestrator Frameworks

Use tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI

Build multi-step workflows, memory modules, and tool integrations

Experiment with different agent architectures

3. Design Multi-Agent Systems

Develop agents that collaborate, plan, and execute tasks

Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication workflows

Convert prototypes into scalable production systems

4. Build Enterprise-Scale AI Solutions

Scale AI prototypes into real-world applications

Deploy using Azure services: Azure OpenAI, App Services, Azure Functions, AKS (Kubernetes), ADLS

Work with microservices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

5. Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with latest AI research and trends

Participate in hackathons and internal innovation programs

Contribute ideas, PoCs, and new approaches

Must Have skills

57 years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML Engineering

Strong programming skills in Python

Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines

Experience with orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI

Experience building AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems

Experience with Git / GitHub workflows

Strong understanding of scalable application development

Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Preferred Qualification

MCP (Model Context Protocol) experimentation

Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, or Apache Spark

Contributions to open-source AI projects

Experience with n8n or automation frameworks

Knowledge of structured & unstructured data pipelines
