Key Responsibilities (not limited - other areas within Pharma domain welcome)
- Next Best Action (NBA): Design and deploy omni-channel orchestration engines that recommend the right message, through the right channel, at the right time for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Patient Analytics: Develop propensity models to identify patients at risk of non-adherence or those who may benefit from specific support interventions.
- Market Access & Pricing: Analyze real-world data (RWD) to demonstrate product value, supporting dossiers for payers and optimizing contracting strategies.
- End-to-End Modeling: Lead the full data science lifecycle-from sourcing messy EHR/Claims data to deploying scalable models in a cloud environment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate technical findings into so-what insights for Brand Managers, Medical Affairs, and Market Access leads.

Must-Have : Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark), SQL, Git or Bitbucket
Good-to-Have: AWS/Cloud platform experience, PowerBI, Streamlit

Must-Have : XGBoost/LightGBM, Uplift Modeling, Propensity Score Matching, Customer Segmentation, Clustering
Good-to-Have - Deep Learning (NLP for medical notes), Reinforcement Learning (for NBA)

Must-Have : Causal Inference, Survival Analysis, Longitudinal Data Analysis

2. Pharma Domain Skills
- Data Source Expertise: Deep experience with Pharma-specific datasets:
- Claims/EHR: IQVIA (LAAD), Symphony, Optum, Flatiron.
- Commercial: CRM data (Veeva), Call Activity, Digital Interaction logs.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Firm understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP compliance requirements.
- Patient Journey Mapping: Experience modeling Time-to-Treatment, Switching Behavior, and Drop-off Analysis.
- Market Dynamics: Understanding of the Payer-Provider-Patient triangle and how rebates/formulary positions impact volume.
