JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design, build, and deploy scalable data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and engineering teams to transform data into actionable insights and production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Data Science & Analytics
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and statistical modeling
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Machine Learning
- Design, build, and evaluate ML models (supervised, unsupervised, time-series, NLP)
- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment
- Perform model monitoring, performance tuning, and retraining
- Apply best practices in model interpretability, fairness, and bias detection
Generative AI
- Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, open-source models)
- Implement use cases such as chatbots, document summarization, semantic search, and text generation
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
- Evaluate LLM performance using appropriate metrics
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Build and deploy solutions using GCP services, including:
- BigQuery, Cloud Storage
- Vertex AI (AutoML, custom training, model deployment)
- Dataflow, Dataproc
- Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
- Use GCP for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient ML workloads
