Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Data Science

Technical Skills: Proficiency in R is mandatory

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and experience collaborating with international teams or clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex analytics projects, leveraging 2-5 years of experience to generate clear, data-driven insights that address key business challenges using granular datasets.
  • Handle large and diverse datasets by cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data using R.
  • Apply statistical techniques and advanced modeling approaches to transactional, panel, and attitudinal data to solve critical business problems.
  • Build strong expertise in the organization's analytical solutions, including their technical frameworks and business impact.
  • Promote and share analytical best practices across teams to enhance alignment, capability development, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex analytical concepts into simple, clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of analytical tools, methodologies, and operational processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams to ensure high-quality, best-in-class analytical outputs.

Skills & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • A Master's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in R and working knowledge of Git (required).
  • Familiarity with SAS, SQL, Python, and Shiny is a plus.
  • Experience in managing large datasets, performing statistical analysis, and building visualizations within the R ecosystem.

Analytical & Domain Expertise

  • Keen interest in consumer behavior, brand growth, and deriving insights from data.
  • Exposure to panel or survey data is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and convert complex data into actionable insights.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent English communication skills experience working with global, cross-functional teams is an added advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural and technical environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and lead meaningful discussions.
