Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques for model improvement.
• Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on improvements.
• Monitor and maintain existing data models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and evaluate new data science technologies and methodologies.
• Work closely with software engineers to deploy models into production.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to promote knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support to team members on data science tools and techniques.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Participate in strategic planning to align data science initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with ethical data practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to a non-technical audience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data science or analytics are preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
