Job Title: Data Science and Machine Learning Senior Associate

Position Description:
- Responsible for analyzing large datasets to extract insights, predict trends, and support business decisions using data science methodologiesincluding machine learning, predictive modeling, statistics, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems and translate them into analytical approaches.
- Develop ML and statistical models, hypotheses, and experiments for decision support.
- Apply data mining, predictive/prescriptive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Design data pipelines, augmentation, and scalable model workflows for automation.

Experience Required:
- 35 years of experience in data science and ML model development
- y updated with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in data science and ML.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production.
