Data Scientist - Lead/MGR

Core Technical Skills

• Design and implementation of machine learning workflows, including Linear & Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Boosting algorithms using Python/R
• Strong foundation in Probability, Statistics, Data Distributions, Hypothesis Testing, and Statistical Inference
• Proficient in EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) and feature engineering on raw datasets
• Skilled in data denoising, managing outliers, and analyzing data impacted by events like pandemics
• Competent in Data Visualization using Python/R (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, ggplot2)

Cloud & Deployment

• Deployment and training of ML models on cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in model lifecycle management, including retraining and maintaining accuracy post-deployment
• Comfortable using Docker for packaging and deploying large-scale models on-premise

Big Data & Databases

• Experienced with large datasets and distributed computing using Hive, Hadoop, and Spark
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Cosmos DB, and HBase

Forecasting & Business Tools

• Hands-on experience with forecasting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and Qlik
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Pivot, Power Query, Macros, and charting techniques
• Conducts business-focused analytics and develops models supporting operational forecasting

Advanced AI Techniques

• Experience with Transfer Learning in domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech Processing
• Skilled in integrating models with Cloud APIs and external services
• Familiar with data annotation tools and processes across text, images, and video formats

Project & Process Excellence

• Adept at full project ownership and execution in Agile environments
• Knowledge of project management and tracking tools such as JIRA or equivalents
• Ability to evaluate features by balancing cost, performance, and user value
