We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Credit Card Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing credit card portfolio performance, customer behavior, product trends, business operations to drive strategic insights and business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling and a deep understanding of unsecured lending indu
stry.
Roles and Responsibil

Analyze large datasets related to credit card portfolios, customer behavior, transaction trends, and operational perfo - rmance.Interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders for decision
- making.Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and deliver data drive insights to support strategic initi
- atives.Assist in the development of business cases for new credit card products, marketing strategies and customer acquisition pr
- ograms.Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of potential business changes or initi
- atives.Support the optimization of credit card portfolio by identifying opportunities for product enhancements, risk mitigation, and customer segmen
- tation.Analyze portfolio performance, including risk, profitability, and customer lifetime value, and provide recommendations for improv
- ements.Work closely with risk, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align on data, models, and stra
- tegies.Provide analytics support for credit card marketing campaigns, customer retention strategies, and risk management initi
- atives.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for analytics and rep
- orting.Collaborate with IT and data management teams to improve data infrastructure and data governance pra

Skill requi
- rements:
Bachelors/Masters in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Scie - nce etc).3 - 6 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the financial services industry (credit cards, retails banking, or
- lending).Strong programming background (Python, Pyspark, SAS, SQL etc.) with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in financial modeling is an added a
- dvantage.Proven track record of working with large datasets. Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI is an added a
- dvantage.Understanding of credit card product structures, risk models, and portfolio management te
- chniques.Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and present findings to non-technical stak
- eholders.Ability to develop and deliver actionable recommendations to drive business impr
- ovements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concis
- e manner.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented env
- ironment.Familiarity with ML models - XGBoost, Light GBM, Random Forests, SVMs, multivariate analysis, clustering, dimensionality reduction is an added a
