Hiring: Data Scientist (GenAI & Agentic AI)

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to build AI-powered, data-driven solutions with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.

Key Requirement: Strong Data Science and traditional Machine Learning foundations are essential and equally important as GenAI & Agentic expertise. We value professionals who can combine statistical rigor with modern AI techniques to deliver real business impact.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Data Science & Traditional ML expertise
• Generative AI & Agentic AI experience
• Strong SQL and Time Series Forecasting experience

Key Responsibilities

• Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
• Build and validate statistical and ML models
• Apply techniques such as:
• Regression, classification, clustering
• Time series forecasting
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
• Develop LLM-powered and agentic AI solutions
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent workflows
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data and APIs
• Write clean, production-quality code (Python, SQL)
• Communicate insights to business stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Core Focus: Data Science + GenAI + Agentic AI

• Build LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows
• Develop reasoning, planning, and tool-using AI agents
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data (structured + unstructured)
• Evaluate and improve AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and safety

Equally Critical:

• Strong grounding in statistics, ML algorithms, and forecasting
• Ability to apply traditional ML approaches alongside GenAI
• Ensuring model robustness and business relevance through DS fundamentals
• Hands on experience in SQL including CTE .
• Strong experience in SQL, forecasting, and large-scale datasets
• Proven ability to deliver business impact

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 3–7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning / Analytics

Technical Skills

• Core DS & ML: Regression, Trees, Clustering, Forecasting & other ML & DL models
• Statistics: Hypothesis Testing, Experimentation (DOE)
• GenAI & Agentic AI: LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
• Programming: Python, SQL
• Big Data: Spark/Hadoop (preferred)
• Tools: GitHub, PowerPoint

Role Levels

• Decision Scientist (2–3 yrs): Supports modeling, analysis, and AI workflows
• Senior Decision Scientist (4–6 yrs): Owns end-to-end ML/AI solutions
• Lead Decision Scientist (7+ yrs): Drives strategy and high-impact initiatives
