Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-enabled HR technology solutions aligned with Talent and HR transformation goals.
- Act as the primary interface between HR functional teams and technical delivery teams, translating HR needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement advanced solutions leveraging Python programming and AI/ML models to drive decision intelligence in HR operations.
- Manage client engagements, stakeholder communications, and project timelines ensuring quality and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HRIS, automate workflows, and enhance employee experience through digital interventions.
- Mentor and guide junior technical and functional consultants in solutioning and delivery.
- Stay abreast of HR technology trends, AI/ML innovations, and best practices to continuously refine solutions offered to clients.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Deep domain expertise in Talent and Human Resources functions including workforce planning, HRIS, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Strong Python programming skills with demonstrated experience in applying AI and Machine Learning techniques in HR or related business domains.
- Proven track record of delivering complex HR technology solutions for clients, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML platforms, data analytics, automation, and integration with HR systems.
- Excellent client handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading technical delivery teams and managing project lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Familiarity with Accenture's SynOps platform or equivalent intelligent automation frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of combined functional HR and technical delivery experience.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation projects focused on HR digitalization and AI-powered automation.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices in the context of AI/ML solution deployment.
- Relevant certifications in HR technology, AI/ML, or Python development.
