Position Summary:

The BI Leadis responsible forleading enterprise business analysis and business intelligence initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making across services and operational domains. This role owns the design, delivery, and governance of scalable analytics solutions thatprovideactionable insights, drive performance management, and support strategic business outcomes.

The incumbent combines strong functionalexpertisewith technical leadership across BI and data platforms, including Power BI, SSAS, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and AWS. The role also plays a keypartin advancing advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, including Generative AI, in alignment with enterprise data and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Partner with business and IT leadership to define and execute the BI and analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise data strategy.

  • Drive standardization of KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across business units.

  • Identifyand prioritize opportunities toleverageadvanced analytics, automation, and AI/ML to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Contributeto modernization of analytics architecture throughadoptionof cloud-based platforms and scalable data solutions.

Project Oversight & Solution Ownership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of BI and analytics solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead development of enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and semantic models (SSAS Tabular).

  • Ensure robust and scalable data architectureleveragingAWS, Amazon Redshift, and Databricks.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and lifecycle management of BI solutions.

Operations, Governance & Advanced Analytics Enablement

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance, data quality, and security standards across all analytics solutions.

  • Drive implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and automated insights.

  • Support evaluation and adoption of Generative AI use cases such as natural language querying, AI-assisted reporting, and insight generation.

  • Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business impact, continuously improving analytics maturity.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts,providingtechnical guidance and fostering capability development.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the analytics team.

  • Provide hands-on leadership for complex, high-impact analytics initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, IT, and enterprise data teams.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable analytics solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption of analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fieldrequired advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering, withdemonstratedleadership in enterprise environments.

  • Proven experience delivering scalable analytics solutions supporting services, operations, or supply chain functions.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Advancedexpertisein Power BI, including enterprise data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.

  • Strong experience with SSAS Tabular models and semantic layer design.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem, Amazon Redshift, and Databricks.

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance frameworks.

  • Experience integrating advanced analytics or AI/ML solutions into BI environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience enabling analytics solutions withinServices domains.

  • Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI), NLP-based reporting, or intelligent automation frameworks.

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with distributed teams.

  • Nice to have relevant certifications in AWS, Power BI, or data/AI disciplines.
