As a Data Scientist in Gas Turbine Service engineering community, you become part of a global network focused on transforming fleet experience into actionable insights. Your work enables our engineers to make smarter, faster decisions by providing data-driven clarity on component behavior, risks, and performance across our gas turbine fleet.

Every day, you help keep our customers units running safely and efficiently turning raw data into value.

Your new role challenging and future-oriented:

  • Develop and maintain predictive analytics models to assess component risk, reliability trends, and fleet performance indicators.
  • Analyze large datasets from turbine operations to derive actionable insights supporting engineering decisions, technical clarifications, and maintenance strategies.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to communicate risk levels, fall out rates, and performance anomalies to engineering partners.
  • Support technical investigations by combining domain knowledge with statistical models and machine learning techniques.
  • Feed validated analytical results into internal databases and documentation workflows to ensure consistent communication of engineering instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers across CCR, EGT, and service teams to translate operational questions into quantitative analyses.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with data analytics or technical projects.
  • Strong skills in Python or R and experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL, or similar).
  • Experience with machine learning, statistical modelling, or reliability analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment or gas turbine operation is advantageous but not required.
  • A solution driven mindset and ability to work in cross functional engineering teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
