Role Designation: Member of Technical Staff (PE) - Emerging Tech

Job Location: Bangalore, Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientists (AI/ML) with strong programming skills to join our growing AI Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable code and solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in Python and experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent coding in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Collaborate with software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance and scalability for real-world applications.
• Develop reusable code and ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Stay updated with the latest ML research and technologies and apply them to solve business problems.
• Document processes, models, and code for maintainability and reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science or related field.

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and Python programming.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

- Experience with model deployment frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education Qualification:

BE/Btech/MCA (Full time)
