Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives, build advanced models, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Python, along with the ability to guide junior team members and manage end-to-end data science projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, propose, and manage data-driven projects aligned with business objectives.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling.
- Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models.
- Ensure model robustness through cross-validation and scalability checks.
- Produce clear non-technical reports summarizing insights, model performance, and Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and advise stakeholders on strategic actions.
- Guide, mentor, and oversee junior data scientists to support project delivery and capability
building.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of models, processes, and methodologies.
- Stay updated with evolving trends in data science, ML, NLP, and AI to keep solutions relevant and innovative.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with project ownership.
- Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Flask, and related ML/AI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and statistical techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data pipelines.
- Experience working with AWS services or similar cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver end-to-end data science projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
