We are looking for a Data Scientist who can turn data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and communicate insights in a clear, actionable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and trends
- Build, test, and deploy statistical and machine learning models
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data solutions
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for data integration and deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
