Key Requirements:
- 14 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability simplify complexity and derive first-principles solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset not just delivering outputs, but ensuring problems are truly solved.
- Proficient in Python & SQL, Excel, with ability to apply ML, Deep Learning, Data Visualization techniques and time-series techniques where appropriate.
- Experience working with large-scale, messy, real-world datasets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-speed, high-ambiguity startup environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; a good team fit without unnecessary baggage
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Gen AI & distributed data systems (Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
- Knowledge of fleet/automotive/IoT/telemetry data.
- Hands-on experience with anomaly detection, forecasting, or optimization problems
