What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop predictive models to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and leverage your expertise in data analysis and modeling techniques to provide valuable solutions.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with domain experts, stakeholders, and data engineers to identify and gather relevant data for analysis.
  • Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure data quality and compatibility for modeling purposes.
  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to analyze large and complex datasets.
  • Utilize machine learning techniques to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Perform feature engineering, variable selection, and model validation to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of predictive models.
  • Implement MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and version control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsand produce developed models for deployment in real-world systems.
  • Communicate findings and insights through clear and compelling data visualizations, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and MLOps techniques.
  • Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and analysis to optimize model performance and drive business outcomes.
  • Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in a business or industry setting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Key Skills:
  • Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, OCR, Microsoft Azure, MLOps, Plotly, SQL, Spark SQL, conversational AI, Abacus, Databricks, Git, Shell commands.
